We had a fantastic stay at this place. The location in the historical center was perfect and made it easy to explore all the sights. The staff were amazing and provided high-quality service throughout our stay. The room service was excellent, and the housekeeping kept our room spotless. We also enjoyed using the spa and wellness center with the sauna, steam room, massage, and beauty treatments. The room amenities were fantastic, especially the comfortable bed and free toiletries.

I loved my Christmas stay at this hotel! The location was perfect, with lots of great restaurants and bars just a stone's throw away. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making me feel right at home. The room itself was cozy and warm, perfect for the winter weather. Plus, the housekeeping staff left a sweet surprise of chocolates, a lovely touch.
There were a few drawbacks. The hotel could definitely benefit from some updates and refurbishment.

The hotel lacks a gym, which is disappointing considering the price.
